For over fifty years I have enjoyed physical activity consistently; not because I was the strongest or fastest.
Movement is life.
And the smooth and gentle movements that I borrow from the martial arts will bring new confidence, strength, and safety to your daily experience.
We cannot change what has already happened, but we can start right now to alter the course of what remains!
At the core of my approach is the understanding that big movements of the body are the most important aspect of building a foundation.
Focusing on posture, balance and movement– and developing strength and range of motion along the way–is the only logical and functional plan of progression!
